It is surrounded by three windows and lots of daylight, which can be dimmed with draperies. Kitchen units are corner set and include floor cabinets, overhead cupboards, fridge, induction cooktop, oven and kettle. The equipment is in mint condition and ready for the guests. The bedroom offers a spacious double bed and wardrobe with mirrors. Night cabinets, lamps and artwork create a very cozy atmosphere, ideal for an afternoon nap. The second bedroom contains two single beds, dresser and a lamp. It also features a herbal-themed art piece. In the bathroom, we encounter intense yellow tiles, shower stall, bidet and basic sanitation. There are fresh towels on the shelf and a hairdryer that might come in handy. Note that the apartment also has a separate toilet with boiler installed. The terrace presents concrete fence and pillars, along with a view of the modern apartment block.

Distance from the city center is evident, but this shouldn’t be a problem if you’re motorized. Free parking is part of the arrangement, which is additional benefit for car users. Important city roads are Trosharina and Vojvode Stepe Street leading directly to Autokomanda roundabout. Military Medical Academy (VMA) takes a ten-minute drive.
