This is an elegantly furnished and superbly equipped studio, suitable for up to four visitors. Top quality furniture is what gives the whole ambience a feeling of confidence and success. There’s a comfy French bed at your disposal, equipped with a padded headboard and a set of clean towels. The usual night cabinets with small lamps are placed on both sides of the bed. If needed, the available corner sofa can also be used as a double bed. The woodwork includes a dresser with LED TV and cubelike shelves with decorative items. Gray color carpet, drapery and upholstery are refreshed with  blue and yellow coating of the chairs. Overall aesthetics are complemented with photos of the city attractions and a lovely bonsai tree. The makeshift dining table is a convenient setting for coffee, breakfast and planning your day. This brings us closer to the kitchen segment, which is defined by ceramic lining and equipped with floor/overhead cabinets. Practical devices are reduced to induction cooktop and an oven with digital timer. The bathroom is sparkly clean, neat and tiled in first-rate ceramics. In addition to shower stall, boiler and basic sanitation, it also has a washing machine and a hair dryer. Note that there’s a massive wardrobe in the hallway, giving you plenty of space to store clothes.

Besides the high standards of housing, let’s focus on the various local attractions. The Delta City shopping mall is just a hundred meters away, while the Airport City business center takes one stop via public transport. A fifteen-minute walk is enough to reach the Sava Quay and enjoy some of the numerous river restaurants and bars. The Sava Center and Usce mega mall are ten minutes by tram or bus. This is an apartment with a garage, so for car owners parking is free of charge.
