Apartment with garage MARE is an affordable accommodation in Belgrade, located at the core of Vrachar municipality, near the South Boulevard. This is an apartment in a new building, so all the furniture and equipment were recently installed. A chance to experience that proverbial smell of the new, is already present in the living room. On the practical side, there’s a super comfortable sofa that can also function as a single bed. Upfront is a robust coffee table, while the dresser and shelves are set against the opposite wall. We notice several books and a nice decorative alarm clock. The ambience is tastefully lit, which required a combination of lamps and series of spotlights. Very interesting are the light blue walls and empty picture frames, suggesting a personal experience and free flow of thoughts. Much of the room is adapted into a kitchen space, which is separated from the lounge by a massive counter. With compliments of the owner, a bottle of whiskey awaits you here. Right behind is a series of neatly crafted and multifunctional cabinets. On the technical side, there’s a fridge, stove, microwave oven and a dishwasher at your disposal. The bedroom is reduced to a cozy double bed and wardrobe with sliding doors. Everything is white except for the light blue linen, making the atmosphere perfect for an afternoon nap. The second bedroom contains a double bed and a simple pair of pillows, practically luring you to sink into the super softy mattress. The bathroom sports first-class tiles in bright terracotta shades. Besides the standard bathtub and modern toiletries, there’s a boiler, hair dryer and washing machine, ready to use. The balcony offers a refreshing break and a view of the urban sprawl.

The proximity of Autokomanda and E-75 highway is what makes this rental a great in-transit lodging. St. Sava Church is a five-minute ride by public transport. The Slavija Square may take twice as much. Regarding the local contents, Neimarski Park is very close and suitable for an afternoon stroll. Vrachar’s old town charm is best experienced at the local pubs and restaurants, if you give them a chance. Perfect for a family or a five-member group, apartment MARE is our serious recommendation.
