Rent-a-flat FRENCHMAN is super cheap apartment in Belgrade, located near the legendary bohemian quarter of Skadarlija. This is a comfy and superbly designed designed studio that will please even the most demanding of clients. Indeed, after absorbing the perks of the inner city, you can spend the night in more than a cozy interior. The lounge segment is framed by white wall surfaces and dark gray furniture and curtains. There’s a comfortable sofa which can be easily transformed into a usable double bed. Right in front is an elegant coffee-table and, a bit further, a flawless black & white dresser with LED TV. We notice a number of wall applications and accessories that nicely complement the ambience: a couple of drawings, a cube-shaped chandelier and some vibrant floral arrangements on the shelves. Set aside is a large wardrobe with sliding doors, styled very much like the dresser. The second part of the room features a bar with two stools and several useful items, such as electric kettle and a coffee machine. Certainly interesting is the antique wall clock, evoking the atmosphere of the old railway platforms. The culinary section is tiled in quality ceramics and equipped with masterfully crafted cabinets. Their metallic gray veneer is pretty spectacular. Besides the separate lighting arrangement, the kitchen sports a built-in cooker, fridge and a microwave. Also, the washing machine is displaced here in order to save up some bathroom space. In the corridor, we stop next to the curled mirror, only to have our attention caught by colorful small-format paintings. The bathroom has neutral white & gray ceramics contrasted by a few stark red details like the toilet lid and heart-shaped mat. Besides the usual sanitation, there’s a shower stall with wonderfully painted curtain.

The popular Strahinjica Bana Street is literally around the corner, while the busy Tsar Dushan Street is within steps from the address. Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street are less than a ten-minute walk. Port of Belgrade is a couple of bus stops by public transport. A perfect lodging for two, with a fantastic location, apartment FRENCHMAN is a sincere recommendation.
