The ambient aesthetics is accentuated with turquoise details, which is best seen in the living room. There’s a lavish corner suite which can also be used as a double bed, if needed. It is followed by an elegant coffee-table set on a soft carpet, a composite shelf with high-tech devices and an LED TV. The room is enriched with beautiful art paintings, showing a consistent turquoise palette. In the bedroom, we encounter a cozy double bed, nightstands and a massive wardrobe with drawers and mirrors. The atmosphere is relaxed and dreamy, therefore perfect for an afternoon rest. Note that the room has a separate LED TV, set on a neatly crafted shelf. The kitchen is quite long, with enough space for a proper dining table. Pretty convenient for serving meals and drinks. The equipment includes an induction cooktop, high-end oven, kettle and a set of coffee cups. The kitchen has its own TV set, which is quite a rare benefit. Bathroom is super neat and sparkly clean. There’s a washing machine, water heater and a modern shower stall with hydromassage units. Clean towels await you neatly stacked on the shelves. Lastly, the glazed terrace with bar stools is great for drinks and chatter.

Given the location in an attractive part of New Belgrade, this place is an adequate alternative to a hotel. A hundred meters away is the Palace of Serbia (formerly SIV), a very popular site from the ex-Yugoslav period. At a similar distance is the Usce shopping center, while the Stark Arena and Sava Center take ten minutes on foot. The downtown is two stops via public transport. The prestigious hotels IN and Crowne Plaza in the midst of this dynamic business area. If you travel by car, street parking is free of charge.
