SMART 1 is a luxury apartment in the city center, located practically next to the Faculty of Philosophy and just a few steps from Knez Mihailova street. The interior is marked by a strong, almost macho character with regards to the use of raw materials and the most modern technical equipment. Let's start with the living room and luxurious wood furniture, which, if necessary, can be used as a bed for two people. Suspended ceiling is equipped with a halogen light and with specific octagonal recess, where a simple branched chandelier is hanged. Instead of the classic coffee table and chests of drawers, room is dominated by the call of nature and primal energy transformed into a desk and a bench of raw wood. Natural vibe is enhanced by rough, rocky wall, on which LED TV is installed. The entire surface of the side wall is almost covered with the mirror, which achieved a broad reflection of the environment and the opportunity to enjoy the surrounding from all angles. If the living room is a strong indication of atavism, Jacuzzi rooms has its full realization. Equipped with rocky-bricks and wooden stairs, the department actually resembles a limestone cave, and Jacuzzi the thermal spring. However, the real experience of deep relaxation treatment is achieved with water jets and bubbles. Bedroom exudes an atmosphere of first class hotel accommodation as part of any fashionable ski resorts: comfortable double bed, bedside supported bred backlight, and wardrobe and shelf with separate LED TV, everything is marked by fine woodwork. Kitchenette is reduced to basic needs, and the entrance is from the hall. Equipment includes a pair of cabinets, heating plate, kettler and set of wine glasses. Bathroom provides a very direct and organic atmosphere, given that everything is transparent and within reach. Objectively speaking, it is hardly possible to find a better location anywhere in Belgrade. Kalemegdan, Knez Mihailova Street, Republic Square, National Theater and the Student Square, everything is a radius of a few hundred meters. Terazije and Skadarlija at five minutes’ walk.
