There’s a charming dinette marked by a wall clock and peculiar lighting design. Namely, the cluster of bulbs in different shapes and sizes resembles the Christmas tree adornments. In addition to a topical fruit bowl, cutlery and plates are neatly arranged and ready for serving meals. Now we cross the wide open passage and enter the beautifully designed kitchen. We notice the high-gloss burgundy veneer and modern appliances like the high-tech stove and coffee maker. Clearly, a refreshing drink or meal can be easily prepared. The bedroom features a special welcome in the form of a French wine and proper glasses. We are impressed by the turquoise linen, drapery and tastefully selected artwork. The bathroom has modern sanitary facilities, classic bathtub, boiler and a washing machine. Wicker baskets for laundry and hygiene are quite the surprise. The terrace is pretty long and neatly furnished, so feel free to enjoy the refreshing view of the boulevard.

Private garage in the basement is another convenience for guests who travel by car. If you’re interested in local sites, Delta City shopping mall and Belville resort are only two hundred meters away. Airport City business center takes a ten-minute walk. The Sava quay, which abounds in river cafes and restaurants, takes a short walk through the neighboring blocks. The Mercator mall and New Belgrade Municipality are within a ten-minute ride by city transport.
