Apartment LOWERTOWN is a cheap accommodation in the center of Belgrade, located in the lower Dorcol area, near the Danube waterfront. Two-room by structure, this apartment is tastefully designed and suitable for up to four guests. The interior aesthetics is at its best in the living room, where we encounter a multitude of artful and decorative items. Several paintings, figurines and some strikingly red details like chairs and cushions, create a very inspiring and dynamic ambience. We emphasize the aptly crafted descended ceiling and oval lines of the adjoining walls. There’s a couple of armchairs and a sofa which, if needed, can function as a double bed. The side wall is covered with a darker wallpaper, so that the cabinet, dresser and LED TV perfectly fit into the setting. The kitchen is separated by a shortened bar and very well equipped. Here we have cabinets with impressive red veneer, sets of glasses and coffee cups. Technical aspect of the equipment entails a classic stove, kettle, microwave and a dishwasher. In order to save up bathroom space, washing machine is also installed here. The following segment serves as dining room but is designed in the style of a nightclub booth; it contains an oval table, four elegant chairs and a sofa with a bunch of pillows for complete comfort. Vase and plant pots are irresistibly refreshing, especially during daytime when the light reaches through the wall windows. We also notice a sizable wardrobe, which is quite practical and unassuming. The bedroom is modest in size, but neatly tucked and very relaxed. It has a spacious double bed, book shelves with a small library and some decorative porcelain pieces. With double curtains available, the sun won’t disrupt your late morning snooze. The bathroom is a bit small but functional. In addition to basic sanitation and bathtub, there’s a laundry basket and a set of clean towels at your disposal.

This charming historical neighborhood, slightly dislocated from the downtown, comes with a range of local attractions. The ZOO is a few minutes on foot, while the Milan Gale Muskatirovic sports center takes a five-minute walk. Kalemegdan Park is just tram stop away. The illustrious Strahinjica Bana Street is within a ten-minute ascent. Ideal for two couples or a small group of friends, apartment for a day LOWERTOWN is highly recommended. Welcome!
