One of the biggest concerns of our clients is the significant difference in prices, when the basic features of apartments’ almost coincide. Indeed, apartments can be on similar locations or matching in size, but with a considerable price disparity. The reasons for this gap are mostly practical and usually pertain to the infrastructure of the building or the specific neighborhood. For example, access to parking space or private garage seems like a fair reason for the difference in rents. Extensive interior modifications and special features like hot tubs, are clearly bound to raise the daily fees. The availability of terraces, with spectacular views of the urban landscape, is certainly not a negligible trait. High-end kitchen and bathroom appliances, also affect the price-performance ratio. When it comes to furniture and lighting design, we enter the zone of aesthetics and subjective impressions. Unlike various foreign companies that are driven solely by profit when they offer rentals under the sanitary and aesthetic minimum, we guarantee a certain level of quality even for the cheapest lodgings (25 euros). For now, we offer no rentals under 20 euros. Will this policy ever change? The question shall remain unanswered, for the time being.

Here are the comparisons of some of the cheap and luxurious apartments in Belgrade:

In the category of studio apartments, conceived as romantic accommodations for two, we suggest apartment SREMAC 2. This is practically a room with a bath, located the downtown area, just a few minutes from the Republic Square. It’s on the first floor (no elevator). Luxury counterpart would be apartment SMART 2, located in the Cika Ljubina Street. Designed as a hotel room with bath and a mini-bar, this lodging is perversely good. Shower set right next to the luxurious double bed is somewhat of an invitation to those who feel good in their skin. Without a doubt, a sensual treat that will redefine your previous experiences.

The following, more drastic price disparity, comes with apartment BIRJUZOFF 2. Located just 50m from the pedestrian Knez Mihailova Street, it comprises a room with a double bed and a bathroom. There is NO kitchen, but coffee or tea would be easy to prepare. The interior is modern, equipped with wireless internet, cable TV, heating and A/C. Public garage Obilicev Venac is within steps form the building. Another example is apartment LUX, situated in the downtown area, in Simina Street, very close to the iconic Student Square. It is equipped with a safe, air conditioning, central heating, cable TV, LCD TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, wireless high-speed internet, lap-top, leather furniture, microwave, security door and a ground telephone line for local calls. The apartment has its own parking space in the yard.

When it comes to location-bound rentals, we have singled out a few indicative examples. Apartment SKC in the King Milan Street is a very cheap lodging, suitable for three guests. It is characterized by peculiar antique items, like the headboard carving, and a series of vintage tapestries. On the other hand, in the neighboring Svetozar Markovic Street, it seems as if we have fast-forwarded a hundred years into the future with the apartment FLORAL SQUARE. Brand new interior, equipped with high quality materials from floor to ceiling. Excellent carpentry, cozy settee, double bed and backlit ceiling, create a very pleasant atmosphere.

For the next pairing, the obvious difference would be the available jacuzzi unit, but this is only a minor part of the pro/con arguments. Apartment LAMARTINE is located in the eponymous street, a few hundred meters from the Church of St. Sava. Two-room by structure, with a rather small base, suggests a pragmatic approach to interior solutions. The living room contains a comfortable sofa that, if needed, can be turned into a cozy double bed. Worth a mention is the chandelier and room lamp, designed in the shape of white lampoons. Less than a hundred meters away, in Nebojsina Street, we come across the apartment TOP FLAT. Also suitable for four guests, but twice as large and finely designed, it is worth every penny. Awesome lighting in the bedroom and kitchen, with the mystical flower applications, will turn your stay into a unique experience.
