Apartment with garage WEST is a luxurious accommodation in New Belgrade, located in the modern West 65 resort, close to Belville. Three-room by structure, the apartment offers great comfort and superb elegance. Designers paid attention to every detail: the choice of materials, matching colors, carpentry, lighting arrangement and artwork selection, everything is top notch. The living room comprises lounge, dining and kitchen segments. Let’s start with a large corner suite, followed by an armchair, coffee table and a tastefully designed carpet. We emphasize the block-panel with shelves, beautiful chandeliers and landscape painting that fits the color and theme of the lounge. In the second part of the room, we encounter a transparent dining table, super comfortable chairs and a perfectly crafted dresser. Our attention is captured by the lucidly designed lamps and lavish frame of the room mirror. The kitchen sports series of cabinets with discreet brown-gray veneers. Cooktop and built-in stove with digital timer are all set and easy to use. The bedroom offers a very pleasant and relaxed ambience, defined by dark green covers and upholstery. Central piece is definitely the cozy French bed, equipped with a massive headboard and two pairs of cushions. Art paintings, ornamental details, nightstand and a handy coat rack complement the room very nicely. The second bedroom comes with a slightly different color shades and artifacts, but a similar accommodation. We are taken by the sublime black & white drawings and lamps suspended on wooden posts. The bathroom presents top quality ceramics and modern sanitary facilities. Washing machine, heater and bathtub with protective screen are ready to use. Note that there’s a separate toilet with basic installations. Here we notice the shelf with handcrafts, mini plant pots and a scented candle. Finally, the long terrace opens up the view of the yard and landscaped greenery.

The Airport City business center is within a few steps, so the apartment is suitable for corporate clients. Roda mega market is also very close. The new A Blok and Belville resorts, along with the Delta City shopping mall, are ten minutes on foot. Many lines of public transport go directly towards the New Belgrade Municipality.
