Apartment for rent ALVA is an inexpensive apartment accommodation in downtown Belgrade, located near the National Assembly and the Church of St. Mark. Two-room by structure, this rental offers superbly decorated and pleasant interior, suitable for up to four visitors. The ambience is characterized by light gray and pastel surfaces, so the overall feel is very soothing and relaxed. In the living room, we see a massive corner suite which, if necessary, can be converted into a cozy bed for two. A bunch of colorful pillows add a bit of exuberance, aside from adding to the overall comfort. Right above the sofa we notice a couple of art prints, perhaps more interesting than the LED TV on the opposite wall. The dining segment contains a simple table with four folding chairs and a beautiful floral arrangement. Tied curtains are almost a romantic backdrop for an evening meal with your friends. The kitchenette is reduced to a few cabinets, pleasant lighting and a couple of useful appliances, such as the cooktop, electric kettle and toaster. The equipment is somewhat modest, but still sufficient for fixing a snack or a drink. Right beside is the open wardrobe with shelves and a handful of hangers, so you won’t need to worry about wrinkling clothes. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed and built-in bookshelf with mirror and some micro pots. Wall applications in the form of butterflies and a beautifully written proverb are also very nice. The bathroom is fully functional, clean and refined. We notice the cubical sink and built-in toiletries, along with the standard heating grid, boiler and shower stall.

With a great location like this, all city attractions are easily accessible. Tashmaidan Park, St. Marko’s Church, Terazije Square and Hotel Moscow are a five-minute walk. The public garage Pioneer Park is few minutes on foot, which is convenient if you’re traveling by car. The nearby streets, Svetogorska and Takovska, provide a dozen of useful public transport routes, as well as numerous cafes, bars and restaurants. Recommended for a family, two couples or four friends, apartment for a day ALVA is a sweet deal.
