With 100 square meters of space, three rooms and seven beds, the apartment can host up to 10 clients. The living room has a folding corner sofa, while the bedrooms are equipped with double beds and wardrobes. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and an attached dinette. The bathroom contains a classic bathtub, water heater and basic sanitary ware. Air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi internet are part of the standard utility. Another benefit is the yard with a garden and fenced terrace, set up with proper furniture. These are ideal conditions for relaxing over a drink or morning coffee. If you use personal transport, parking is available with a small daily surcharge.

Our specific location (Gundulicev Venac) is known for its old town charm. George Washington Street and Despot Stefana Boulevard are important roads that connect our neighborhood with other parts of the city. The Danube quay is a few bus stops away.
