Single-bedroom by structure, the apartment offers a well-furnished and cozy ambience for up to four guests. The apricot color walls and transparent reddish curtains characterize the living room space. You can get comfortable on a soft corner suite, or fold it into a double bed if needed. A pair of tablets, LED TV and a decorative vase, complement the lounge quite nicely. Right beside is an elegant four-piece dinette. We notice the refined woodwork and cream color upholstery. Next comes the bar and modern designed kitchen. In addition to quality ceramics and master-crafted cabinets, it has several appliances such as the fridge and high-tech stove with cooktop. Enough to make a cup of coffee or prepare a casual meal. The bedroom is reduced to basic amenities, making the atmosphere very cool and relaxed. There’s a double wardrobe and bedspread with flower-themed covers at your disposal. Ideal for resting after a tumultuous night at the clubs. The bathroom is smaller in size, but very neat and sufficiently equipped. Shower stall, boiler and washing machine are in perfect condition and ready to use.

The location is mildly secluded from the inner city area, but all the classic attractions are still easily accessible. From the nearby Cvijiceva Street, multiple trolleybus lines go directly to the Republic Square. Hotel and shopping center Zira are a five, Vuk's Monument and Tashmaidan Park a ten-minute walk.
