Designed as a studio duplex, this lodging is perfect for two visitors looking for an intimate ambience in the city center. From the spiral stairs to kitchen elements, the general impression definitely pertains to the top quality woodwork. The raw treatment of the sidewall and selection of pot plants is also quite impressive. The ground level presents a mini fridge and a small dining table, where a complimentary bottle of red and wine glasses are prepared for you. Just right for a romantic mood and dinner with a loved one. The kitchen segment contains floor and overhead cabinets, cutlery, kettle and microwave, which is sufficient for fixing a quick meal or a cup of coffee. Sliding doors with mirrors introduce the bathroom segment, equipped with a shower cabin, hairdryer, boiler and modern toiletries. The stairs take us to the upper level of the apartment, where we encounter a spacious double bed and wall mounted LED TV. Designer bedding, fresh towels and soft pillows promise lots of soothing moments and full relaxation. We notice fragments of the classic salon style in the form of a small nightstand, railing and the spectacular bicycle-clock.

Public garage Obilicev venac is within steps from the building, so you won’t have any problems with parking. The entire area is dotted with cafes and bars, providing lots of entertainment options, and more. In the immediate vicinity, we find some of the classic city attractions like the Knez Mihailova Street and Terazie Square; the bohemian Skadarlia and Kalemegdan Park take only ten minutes on foot. The only drawback of this rental is the fourth floor with no elevator, but the ad hoc fitness training doesn’t have to be an ordeal. Warmly recommended.
