In the lower price range (up to 40 euros), we suggest apartment DOSITEJ, a nice studio for two guests in a quiet part of upper Dorcola neighborhood. A few minutes is all it takes to reach the city’s classic sites like Skadarlia, Terazije Square and Knez Mihailova Street. If you want the downtown as your “base of operations” and need an adequate alternative to a hotel, look no further. Located in the Tsar Dushan Street, apartment EMPEROR is a modern and tastefully designed apartment, suitable for three guests. Kalemegdan Park, the ZOO and Skadarlia are in the immediate vicinity, while a downhill stroll gets you easily to Danube Quay. Apartment TATTOO is located near the Vuk’s Monument and King Alexander Boulevard, and can receive up to five visitors. You’ll find a multitude of commercial and catering facilities nearby. Apartment RONIN is an outstanding short-term accommodation in New Belgrade, close to Belville resort. It’s a modern studio apartment in a new building, located in the recently built and increasingly popular settlement Block A.

In the medium price range (up to 60e), we propose apartment MARIGOLD, which is located in the Belville resort and suitable for four people. The Delta City shopping mall and a number of bars and restaurants are in close proximity. Apartment HYATT is a luxury studio in Savograd, the New Belgrade’s business complex, located next to the hotels Hyatt, Crowne Plaza and the Sava Center. It offers a great view of New Belgrade and a free garage space. Apartment GASTRO, in the phenomenal new building in Vrachar municipality, is situated right next to the St. Sava Church. Suitable for four guests and definitely one of the top ten luxury apartments in Belgrade. Apartment CITY is recently renovated and located in a new building with elevator, right behind the hotel Slavia Lux. There’s a tram and bus station in front of the address, as well a supermarket. The Clinical Center of Serbia is only few minutes on foot.

In the higher price range (over 70e), we recommend apartment CAPTAIN in downtown Belgrade, with two parking spaces in the garage. It is divided into four rooms and suitable for up to seven visitors. Apartment CIAO is about 200 meters from the Slavia Square and 50m from the St. Sava Church. Tastefully furnished with brand new items, it can accommodate up to four guests. Apartment with jacuzzi TOP FLAT is located in a newly built building and a beautiful part of the Vrachar district. The location has the category of elite neighborhood, primarily due to the proximity of the downtown and a large number of prestigious restaurants. Luxury apartment ETNA is located in the immediate vicinity of Belgrade Arena, hotel IN and the Sava Center. This is a fine duplex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The building has an elevator and free garage space.

If case these apartments are not available, we propose lodging in the immediate vicinity of public garages. On location “Baba Vishnjina”, a few hundred meters from the Slavia and Vuk’s Monument, there are apartments CROWN and OASIS. Garage “Botanical Garden” is a five-minute walk from Skadarlia. Affordable accommodation can be found in the apartments KATA, and JEVREMOVAC. King Alexander Boulevard, Faculty of Law and Tashmaidan Park are the nearest sites to the “Vuk’s Monument” garage, with comfortable lodging in apartments METHOD, ROOSEVELT and QUEEN MARRY. Surely one of the most useful garages is situated in the Dr Aleksandra Kostica Street, practically opposite the main railway station. Accommodations in the nearest neighborhood are apartments SAVA and PALACE. The well-known parking garage “Masarikova” is right across the Belgrade Palace, with the closets apartments being SKC, PALACE and ODEON.
